Our goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, which is why we offer a simple return and exchange policy.
- You have 20 days to return or exchange your jacket. Please note that there will be some shipping charges.
- The process must be completed within this 20-day period, as requests cannot be accepted afterward.
- To return or exchange the jacket, send it back to our warehouse. For returns, a 10% service fee of the order total will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method once we receive the jacket at our warehouse.
Order’s Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any fees. If you cancel after this period, there is a possibility that your order may have already been processed, and a 25% service fee will be charged.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange. Please email us photos of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number at info@allvarsityjackets.com. Our Customer Support team will then reach out to you with further instructions.
An issue with the size!
Please ensure you select the correct jacket size. If the jacket is too small or too large, we can offer a size exchange. Simply send a query to info@allvarsityjackets.com with your order number, and our Customer Support team will get in touch with you.
Cases in which Return or Exchange is not applicable:
All Varsity Jackets aims to provide its customers with the best services possible. So here we are with the easy exchange and return policies after purchase.
If we found a fault that has a potential of not from our end then the exchange or return would not be applicable.
If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.
If you want to return the order without having an authentic reason then the shipping charges would be applicable. The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.
